近日，宁河区 “ 三新 ” 领域妇女工作迎来全新发展阶段，新华产业科技园、天津宁河农业发展集团 、新神墨培训学校 等多个 “ 三新 ” 领域妇联 以 及宁河区津城加油站 、小太阳幼儿园、哎呦喂爵士舞 妇女小组相继成立，这些 妇联 组织通过创新服务模式、助力基层治理，成为凝聚女性力量、服务民生发展的“新”阵地。

暖心阵地领航 打造特色服务样板
在“暖新服务”一线，宁河区妇联打造的首个小哥驿站“暖新角”成为服务新就业群体女性的样板。女骑手王姐在驿站参与插花活动后欣喜地表示：“这里就像我们的充电站！”该驿站将“休憩+服务+教育”功能融合，不仅配备维权指南、家风故事书籍和应急用品，还定期开展政策宣讲、法律维权培训和急救技能教学等活动。与此同时，“渠梁津姐家政培训基地”在格林豪泰酒店落成，通过“理论+实操+就业对接”订单式培训，已孵化出多名“星级家政员”和“星级酒店服务员”，为单亲妈妈、困难妇女开辟就业新通道。

精准滴灌赋能 定制专属关怀套餐
为精准服务“三新”领域女性，宁河区妇联推出“滴灌式”关怀套餐。联合天津护生堂医疗管理集团为新业态女性开展健康体检；三八国际妇女节、国际家庭日等节日期间为“三新”领域女性送上护肤品、钩织花等暖心礼物；邀请国家二级心理咨询师开设“心灵解压圈”“闻香识心”课堂，帮助家政从业者、女企业家缓解压力。

多元协同发力 基层治理彰显巾帼担当
在推动产业发展与基层治理方面，新成立的妇联组织同样亮点频现。在天津（宁河）未来科技城低空经济创新产业园内，新华产业科技园妇联主席牵头召开座谈会，探索轻资产转型与人才AI融合路径，为女工程师搭建成果转化平台。在社区服务领域，大陈老年日间照料中心妇联为独居老人送餐问诊，秋萍巾帼志愿服务队妇联为困难老人义务理发，天津洛基特工艺制品有限公司妇联开设陶艺“假期小课堂”传承非遗文化。福源养老院、天年园养老院等新成立的妇联组织，也正以专业服务为老年群体送去关怀。这些“红色细胞”正如同毛细血管，将妇联服务延伸到基层治理的每个角落。

下一步，宁河区妇联将持续深化“三新”领域“两个覆盖”工作，推动形成“妇联组织牵头、职业女性参与、家庭社区联动”的治理新格局，让妇联组织真正成为“三新”领域女性信得过、靠得住、离不开的“娘家人”，以巾帼力量为宁河区高质量发展注入新动能。
